These terms apply when you use secondwalk.pk and when you order from Second Walk. We have tried to keep them short and clear. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Using the website
- Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, misuse it, or access parts of it that are not meant for you.
- If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Our products
- Preloved and one of a kind. Every item is preowned and listed individually. There is one of each pair. See our condition guide.
- Photos. Product photos show the actual pair for sale. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- Condition. Each pair has a condition grade and may have condition notes. Signs of previous use that are shown or described are part of the pair’s condition.
- Sizes. Sizes are EUR sizes. Fit varies between brands and models. See the size chart.
- Accuracy. We work hard to describe every pair correctly. If we make a mistake in a listing, we will tell you and put it right, including cancelling the order if needed.
Prices
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
- A sale price is shown next to the original price and is a genuine reduction on that pair.
- The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you order. See shipping policy.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and tell you. You will not have paid anything, because payment is on delivery.
Availability
Because each pair is unique, it can sell at any time. A pair in your cart is not reserved until you place your order. If it sells first, it is removed from your cart.
Orders
- When you place an order, we email you a confirmation and reserve the pair for you.
- We may cancel an order, for example if a pair turns out to be unavailable, if a listing contains an error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. We will let you know if this happens.
- To cancel an order yourself, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Payment
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery: you pay the full order total, including any delivery charge, in cash when your order is delivered.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Charges and how they are worked out are explained in shipping policy. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates or times.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our return & exchange policy, which also explains refunds.
Content and brand names
The Second Walk name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Second Walk. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Brand names and logos of the products we sell belong to their owners. Second Walk is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with these brands.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update the website, these terms or our policies from time to time. The version shown here when you order applies to that order.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for describing and delivering your order as set out in these terms and our policies. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the law.
